TELETRABALHO: A SELEÇÃO DE UM MODELO EM UMA EMPRESA DE SERVIÇOS

RESUMO: Este estudo descreve a adoção de um método de Apoio à Decisão Multicritério (AMD) por uma empresa de prestação de serviços que, como muitas outras, vêm estudando a implantação de um modelo de teletrabalho na tentativa de aumentar a geração de valor para todos os envolvidos. Foi realizado um estudo de caso do modelo, descrevendo as etapas do processo e os impactos positivos que o método adotado proporcionou.
