INDICADORES DE DESEMPENHO DE ORGANIZAÇÕES ESPORTIVAS DO TERCEIRO SETOR

A literatura sobre organizações sem fins lucrativos aponta a existência de uma grande dificuldade na determinação de indicadores de desempenho para tais organizações. Este artigo contribui para esta literatura com uma discussão sobre indicadores de desempenho de Confederações e Federações esportivas. Os resultados da pesquisa empírica baseada em entrevistas indicam que há um conjunto de possíveis indicadores.
